Returns & Exchanges
1. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. We strongly recommend reviewing all product details, size charts, and descriptions thoroughly before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to checkout, please do not hesitate to contact us — we are happy to assist.
2. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect order?
In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email, along with clear images of the product received. When submitting your request, please ensure the following:
- Include a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 photographs.
- Ensure that the images are clear and that the damaged, defective, or incorrect part of the item is clearly highlighted.
- Include an image of the original labels and tags intact, along with a copy of the invoice.

Orders
1. Where is my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order anytime by signing in to your account and navigating to 'My Account', or by using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
2. What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major payment methods through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
3. Where can I find the invoice for my order?
You can download your commercial invoice directly from your customer account once your order has been confirmed.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Your order may be cancelled within one hour of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Please note: cancellations can only be processed before the order has been shipped. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this point.
5. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We are unable to modify orders once they have been placed. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund, allowing you to place a new order with the correct items. Please contact our customer care team at hello@khomyakov.in as soon as possible. No changes can be made once the order has been dispatched.
6. I have entered an incorrect shipping address. How can I change it?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it to a different address.
7. Can I add an item to an existing order?
We are unable to add items to an existing order. Any additional items will need to be placed as a separate order. If your original order has not yet been processed at our logistics centre, we may be able to combine both orders into a single shipment. To maximise the likelihood of receiving all items together, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We produces limited quantities and items are rarely restocked. We recommend placing your order promptly to avoid missing out.
2. How do I find the right size?

Shipment Policy
We currently ship to most locations across India. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
As KHOMYAKOV is currently managed by one entity, additional preparation time may occasionally be required during special events or high-demand periods. In such cases, customers will be notified by email in advance.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. we cannot be held liable for delayed or undelivered orders resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Responsibility for the product passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Every khomyakov piece is crafted and inspected with care before dispatch. As the brand is in its early operational phase, refunds and exchanges are not offered at this stage, in order to maintain production stability and uphold our quality standards.
We strongly recommend reviewing all product details, size charts, and descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding sizing, fit, or fabric, please contact us prior to checkout — we are happy to assist.
Exceptions
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Your notification must include:
- Clear images of the product received (minimum 3, maximum 5 photographs).
- The damaged, defective, or incorrect part of the item clearly highlighted in the images.
- An image of the original labels and tags, still intact.
- A copy of the invoice.
Upon receipt and verification of the above, our team will review the case and provide the best possible resolution within 48 hours.
Please Note
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be considered.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used are not eligible for review.
- All decisions regarding exceptions are made at the sole discretion of KHOMYAKOV.

All orders are subject to our acceptance, which will be confirmed through an email notifying you that your product has been dispatched (the "Shipping Confirmation"). The agreement between you and khomyakov online for the purchase of a product (the "Agreement") shall be formalised only upon our sending of the Shipping Confirmation.
The Agreement will refer only to those products listed in the Shipping Confirmation. We shall not be obliged to supply any ordered product until its dispatch has been confirmed by means of a Shipping Confirmation.
5. Availability of Products
All orders are subject to the availability of products. If difficulties arise in the supply of products, or if a particular product is out of stock, we reserve the right to inform you of substitute products of equal or higher quality, which you will be able to order. If you do not wish to order any substitute products, we will refund any prepaid amount in full.
6. Refusal to Process an Order
We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time, and to remove or modify any material or content. Although we will make every effort to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may require us to refuse to process an order after sending the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time, at our sole discretion.
Khomyakov online shall not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product from this website, for removing or modifying any material or web page content, or for refusing to process an order after sending the Order Confirmation.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Khomyakov online ships to most locations across India. Items will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the client when placing the order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, an email will be sent to the client confirming dispatch along with tracking details. It is important that the client ensures their address details are correct at the time of placing the order, as these may not be modifiable after confirmation. khomyakov online cannot be held liable for lost or delayed orders resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the client.
The client will be able to track the progress of their order. The liability for the items shall be transferred to the client once the order has been delivered to the address provided.
Shipping costs, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the client's delivery location. khomyakov online does not charge import duties for domestic shipments within India. Any applicable GST on products is already included in the listed price.
8. Delivery Failure
If delivery of your parcel becomes impossible after two attempts, our courier partner will attempt to leave a note with instructions on how and where to collect the parcel. If you are not available at the time of delivery, please contact us or the courier directly to arrange an alternative delivery date.
If, 15 days after the parcel is made available for delivery, it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to khomyakov online, we will consider that you wish to cancel the Agreement, and it shall accordingly be terminated. Following such termination, we will refund the price paid for the products as soon as possible and in any event within a maximum of 30 days from the date we deem the Agreement terminated. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct any reasonable transportation or handling costs incurred.
9. Passing of Ownership and Risk
You shall bear all risks associated with the products from the moment of their delivery. You shall acquire ownership of the products once we have received full payment of all amounts due, including any applicable shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, whichever occurs later.
10. Price and Payment
The price of each product will be as quoted on our website at the time of purchase, except in cases of obvious error. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
We make every effort to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we identify a pricing error on a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
We are under no obligation to supply any product at an incorrect lower price — even after a Shipping Confirmation has been sent — if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been identified as a mispricing.
Prices may change at any time; however, changes will not affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been issued.

Please provide the order details and a clear description or photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Liability and Disclaimer
12.1 Quality of Service
Access to the store does not imply any obligation on the part of khomyakov online to guarantee the total absence of viruses, malware, or any other harmful third-party computer elements while browsing. It is the user's responsibility to have adequate tools available for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programmes. khomyakov online does not accept responsibility for damages caused to users' devices or to third parties as a result of acts by third parties during the provision of the store's service.
12.2 Availability of Service
Access to the store requires services and infrastructure provided by third parties, including telecommunications networks, whose reliability and continuity are not within the control of khomyakov online.
